Description
The suitable candidate will have 3+ years experience with the following SharePoint Technologies in a variety of business environments:*Windows SharePoint Services 3.0
*Office SharePoint Server
*InfoPath and other forms services
*Search and strengthening search effectiveness
*BCS (Business Data Catalog)
*Web Services - in a variety of business environments
Essential Skills:
1.Experience with SharePoint solution design and development
2.Strong knowledge of the .NET framework (C#) and associated technologies.
3.Experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server Development
4.Experience with custom web part development with C#, Visual Studio, and ASP.NET
5.Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX and SharePoint branding techniques.
6.Experience with SharePoint Designer
7.Experience with InfoPath forms
8.Experience with Web services
9.Good fundamental and hands on knowledge of MS SQL Server
10.Knowledge of security standards and techniques for SharePoint applications
11.Knowledge of content migration from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010
Desired Skills:
1.SharePoint administration (installation and configuration)
2.Integrating external LOB data through BCS
3.Experience creating 3rd party authentication for external partner portals
4.Report development (preferably SSRS)
5.Layered architecture, n-tier architecture, SOLID object-oriented-design
6.Database development (preferably SQL Server)
7.Use of source control tools such as SVN
8.Exposure to the SharePoint 2013 is a plus
9.Experience of working with Agile (Scrum) project team development environments
10.Experience with a variety of Content Management Systems
