This opportunity is for a VP to Senior VP level KYC/CDD SME to work on ensuring the KYC/CDD obligations across onshore and offshore operations are met for thisUKbased bank.
You will be working to provide areas of the business with a single global on-boarding and account maintenance service. It requires a proven ability to support the development of business activities while robustly applying risk management disciplines and controls and steering teams through material business changes.
You will have been exposed to managing offshore teams or have the equal relevant experience and also clearly managing expectations of both management and stakeholders will be required and attention to detail with timely delivery is key.
Working experience in a matrix environment is essential and bridging differences between remote teams and disparate cultures which is a constant battle. Relationship building and communication skills will be of great importance along with influencing skills which will go hand in hand with your leadership and management abilities.
You will be a KYC SME with very strong operational management experience. This is vital so please consider prior to applying.
