RDF Group are urgently recruiting for Senior Business Analysts on behalf of a leading Retail Banking client in the North East.
This fantastic client is urgently looking for Senior Business Analysts with a strong background in the Retail Banking industry who will be working on a key and strategic Programme for them.
This is a wholly Business/Change focused Senior BA role and will not be on the Technical or Systems side. In this senior role, you will be focussed upon capturing and analysing the Customer requirements and Customer journey on a large-scale programme that is Customer-centric.

* Previously held a demanding Senior Business Analyst role
* Experience of working in a Financial Services environment
* Ideally, previous experience of working on Retail Banking projects
* Strong Requirements elicitation/capture
* Strong Documentation and Tracking experience - attention to detail is absolutely key
* AS IS and TO BE - Business Change experience
* You will have experience of the full project life cycle and ideally experience during the initiation and study stages of the Lifecycle
* An understanding of, and a willingness to adhere to, formal change control procedures and disciplines
* Strong Problem Solving Skills
* A self-starter who delivers high quality work at all times and can multi-task
* Excellent stakeholder management skills are also a must.
