C*Cure Implementation Project Manager required from a strong business process design and project management background and must be able to demonstrate the following skills/attributes:

  • 6+ years of C*Cure project management experience.
  • 6+ years in depth knowledge and understanding of C*Cure systems and at least one implementation of C*Cure 9000 within a corporate environment etc.
  • Demonstrable full life cycle involvement in a minimum of 3 C*Cure implementation projects, ideally across different industries. C*Cure 9000 implementation experience is essential.
  • Experience of procurement and asset management.
  • Experience in report needs analysis and developing clear objectives and success criteria.
  • Ability to produce clear documentation, designs and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

The candidate will be up to date with the latest application development in C*Cure 9000, ID badge technology (eg corporate 1000 or HID combination card etc) and reporting tools like Qlikview, Business Objects etc. Need to be used to leading both technical and functional teams, as well as dealing with stakeholders at all levels.

Essential Experience & Knowledge:

  • Highly organised, excellent management and planning skills.
  • Highly motivated, self starter.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good attention to detail, passionate about quality.
  • Strong experience of leading both creative and technical teams.
  • Strong experience of managing change.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent relationship management of third party suppliers.
  • Proficient with MS Project.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Essential Training:

  • Degree qualification.
  • Project Management qualification, eg PRINCE2 or APMG.
  • SDLC.
  • User Centred Design.
  • Security background is desirable.
