Senior PHP Developer (Remote Working)
Siftware is a well-established niche web development company based in Shropshire.
We’re on the look-out for a Senior Developer to come in and take the lead on a number of projects and generally keep things ticking over on the dev side.
Working from home you will be a highly motivated and experienced developer with excellent communication abilities and a track record of successful projects longer than your arm.
On the skills front you are able to tick all of these boxes:
- Expert in creating Scalable OO PHP applications to include automated testing and deployment strategies
- Raw MySQL and related PHP ORMs (Doctrine, Propel)
- Extremely comfortable on the Linux CLI
As a well-rounded backend developer you’ll also be able to throw some of these into the mix:
- Symfony preferred (or Cake/Zend)
- HTML/CSS tweaking
- Javascript (we tend to lean towards JQuery)
- Plus anything else relevant (Wordpress, Drupal, Python/Perl) - surprise us!
