Description
IT Service Reporting Analyst required for a 9 month banking sector project based in Copenhagen.
In the role of IT Service Reporting Analyst you will:
- Support the configuration manager with service management tasks
- Perform actual reporting in Business Objects
- Report on various other figures and make presentations of them using Powerpoint
- Expand report content and gather requirements for a new reporting strategy and tools.
The ideal candidate for the role of IT Service Reporting Analyst should have:
- Extensive skills in Business Object reporting.
- Skills in CMDB (Preferably Remedy), Excel and Powerpoint.
- Knowledge of data models and Business Intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Banking sector experience would be nice to have but is not essential.
