Description
Service Delivery Manager required for a telecommunications client in Den Haag. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of managing a technical team and Service Delivery Management with ITIL, a solid track record or providing excellent customer service to SLA's and expert skills in managing key customer relationship. Other duties will include; Producing customer Network Performance reports, improvement plans, meeting reports etc Technical understanding of IT/Network/Communication services inc LAN/WAN, Cisco equipment, VOIP, MPLS, Ethernet, SDSL/ADSL & Security would also be preferred.
