Computer futures are looking for an Infrastructure engineer for a client based inSwindon. The infrastructure team is responsible for the network and datacentre and provides and maintains servers and services for all internal IT and customers. All aspects of the Active Directory and Email services are provided by the team along with backups, antivirus, web filtering and thin client services.The purpose of this post is to lead final development and on-going operation of the Citrix thin client solution.
The successful candidate will be expected to have:
- Significant operational expertise in Citrix XenApp 6.5 and XenDesktop 5x, including architecture, build and deployment and operations;
- Team leader experience in a business critical Citrix environment;
- Experience of with working on formal short and long term projects;
- The ability to produce high quality HLD/LLD/Configuration information and SOPs.
- Good knowledge of relevant IT industry standards and trends.
Applicants must give details of actual experience of technical and managerial leadership in a Citrix environment, focussing on achievements rather than just activities.
The salary for this position is paying between 35-40k depending on experience.
