We currently have an exciting requirement with a leading global Service Provider, for 2-3 experienced IT Operations Managers/Business Relationship Managers.
Candidates are required that can develop an understanding of the business and act as liaison between the business and IT. An in depth appreciation of the strategic intent and tactical initiatives of the business will be required, together with the ability to influence providers to ensure the business IT requirements are met.
This role is fundamental to our client's mission of providing the operational support and maintenance of these systems and the businesses they support.
Ideally, you should have experience of working with/for a Mobile Operator, and come from an IT background, with extensive exposure to this type of role.
