Brand new opportunity for a Scrum Master to join a fast paced and busy team.
The Scrum Master will be running a small team including a Business analyst, UX, QA and paired programmers. The environment is purely Agile. The successful candidate will be responsible for a number of continuous improvement projects as well as new development projects.
In order to be successful:
- Extensive experience in an Agile environment
- Scrum Master certified
- Adopting a hands on approach
- Experience running daily scrum meetings
- Experince driving the delivery of iteration
- Strong managerial experience and the ability to promote team morale
- Experience creating sprint plans
In addition to this you will be working very closely with the current project manager, so you will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards team delivery.
