The Client:

Our client is a leading firm with locations nationwide. Their clients vary from small SME's through to large multinationals. They pride themselves on their consultative and technical approach as well as their rigorous and practical methods.

The Role:

Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their Information Services team in the support of their internal clients.

Other duties will include:

  • Level 1 & 2 Support experience
  • Troubleshooting and maintaining PCs in a Windows environment.
  • Assisting End users and IT stakeholders in technology support.
  • Desktop hardware and network printers
  • Troubleshooting and support of issues

The Requirements:

Our client is looking for an assertive and personable IT professional with a desire to further themselves and gain further experience in the Industry. The successful applicant will ideally have some industry relevant certifications with a desire to continue down this path also.

Other requirements include:

  • Previous experience with Microsoft, Virtualisation and Networking Technologies
  • Experience across a wide ranged of Operating Systems
  • Previous experience in a client facing role
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in an ever changing environment
  • Strong team player
