My client, a top-tier investment bank is searching for a permanent eCommerce Application Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line support for their Foreign Exchange desk.

The role is for a Front Office Foreign Exchange e-Commerce support group, based in London, which has an opening for an individual to support their clients. This role is focused upon onboarding of clients which includes, establishing initial client contact, application deployment and post development trouble shooting, among other things. Most of the 1st line work will be done by offshore teams, so your role will be slightly more technical and proactive.

You must have experience working in an Investment Bank in trading support environment. Previous experience of connectivity and application troubleshooting is extremely beneficial.

Technically, the manager is looking for a background in:

- Trading Floor Experience

- Unix

- SQL

- Good understanding of trading lifecycle and workflow.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a trading floor environment, getting exposure to a wide range of vendor products, at a top investment bank. For the ideal candidate, the client is looking to pay up to £60k, plus excellent bonuses and benefits
