Description
A leading Bank is seeking a qualified accountant with exposure to SOX control on a quarterly basis to be the day to day accountant/financial controller for approximately 260 million investment in construction for Property Finance. This requires close liaison with external stakeholders and internal sponsors, working with quantity surveyors to put together project costs, evaluations and business cases.
Required:
Qualified Accountant/Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills/SOX Control/Projects experience/in-depth knowledge of finance systems
