Main FunctionCentral Clearing IT is looking for an experienced candidate with proven results to be responsible for project management, analysis and the overall successful delivery of projects to meet US and European regulatory rules and strategic deliverables for our business.
Main Duties
Set and manage project scope and expectations with stakeholders and team members.
Establish governance around projects and to set up and manage communications between teams, including the creation and maintenance of regular status reports.
Manage and maintain cross-asset integrated project plan across Dev, QA, UAT and Go Live.
Understand the business processes within Credit, Rates, FX, Commodities businesses as it relates to Clearing and Pre-Execution regulations.
Person Requirements
Bachelors Degree
6+ years of experience of Project Management skills including planning, stakeholder management, status reporting and risk assessment/management.
6+ years of experience with either of Credit, Rates, FX or Commodities businesses and how they function.
The candidate should be familiar with the OTC market trade flows and lifecycle events.
In addition, the candidate should have some understanding of regulatory requirements for the industry (Dodd-Frank, EMIR, etc) and associated impacts on the OTC market.
Background in one or more of Rates, FX, Commodities groups is preferred.
Project experience with large and complex industry driven projects and strong knowledge of the current regulatory environment in the Credit derivatives area, including Dodd Frank reporting and clearing requirements and initiatives is preferred.
