If so, keep reading.Progressive is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who specialises in Analytics, Data Visualisation and BI Architecture to join a Global Business Intelligence Competency Centre (BICC) team. The position will play a key role in developing and executing the BI strategy supporting a number of exciting global initiatives, with a focus on the area of Analytics and unleashing the business value of BI programmes.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's Degree or a dual major/minor combination including Computer Science or Management Information Systems and Business (e.g., Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics)
* Excellent leadership, client relationship, teaming skills and must be interested in the technologies involved with the role.
* Demonstrated full proficiency in BI Data Visualisation Tools - QlikView, Tableau, etc, as well as track record of delivering innovative, visually engaging and user-focused BI solutions.
* Demonstrated technical excellence, ability to help leadership lead and manage significant large scale engagements
* Must possess a consultative orientation and ability to deliver a broad range of innovative and value-added services, balance multiple projects and other responsibilities, with strong ability to properly delegate work load
* A creative mind capable of leveraging the technical skills noted above to provide impactful, informative and actionable visualisations and dashboards
* Ability to help lead and train junior business analysts
* Experience in professional services firm is a plus
