Description
A Site Acquisition SME/Manager is required on contract for a Managed Service Telecoms Vendor in Dublin, Ireland. Knowledge of local Irish site acquisition is required.
Requirements:
- NRO experience
- Knowledgeable in cell site acquisition best practices, zoning, permitting, landlord negotiations, leasing laws, jurisdictional requirements and environmental compliance.
- Good communication skills and the ability to understand and work in multi-discipline environment.
- Ability to Interact with Customer, Ensure that Sites, Service Providers and vendors/suppliers meet all the technical specifications.
- Ensuring that critical Site Acquisition scheduling tasks are met in order to meet market launch date
