Team Lead Software Engineer (C++) - Yorkshire - £40-50 per hour(C++, UML, Linux, OO, RTOS, Middleware, Embedded Systems)
I have an exciting project opportunity for experienced Software Engineers with proven team lead experience to work on an exciting new product for a leading client in Yorkshire.
The client has a critical project which needs delivering in order to help further expansion and growth. They have multiple roles which will all have their own individual specialism, however the core skills and experience remain the same.
The client is looking for Engineers who can fill the gap in between their Architects and Software Engineers. You will still be very hands on, therefore technical expertise is essential, however will lead a team of 1-3 Engineers.
Key Skills and Experience:
-C++ Expertise (Essential)
-Linux (or other RTOS experience)
-UML
-Object Orientated programming
-Embedded Systems Experience
-Middleware
-QT
Responsibilities:
-Hands on programming
-The link between hands on Engineers and Architects/Management
-Effectively delegate tasks
-Reviewing of code
-Providing direction and focus
You will be required to be on site for this role, at least for the initial period, after which there maybe an opportunity to do 1-2 days remote, but this cannot be guaranteed.
