Roc Search's client, a globally recognised brand requires a French speaking IT analyst to join their team in Paris on a contractual basis.

Essential experience

-Experience of providing IT helpdesk support - face-to-face and telephone customer service.
-Microsoft XP/7 and Microsoft business applications ie Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
-Experience of Active Directory administration.

Daily responsibilities:

-Log all calls and email requests into Service Manager call logging tool .
-Route calls to 2nd level teams where appropriate following agreed process.
-Use Service Manager to create, update and escalate service requests and incidents
-Provision user requests within Active Directory.
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues with workstations both software and hardware related
-Undertake user administration including creating new users, password changes, security access. modifications and any other business partner requests.
-Support telecoms administration and requests (including mobile and in store phone systems)
