- Excellent HR development skills (5 + years experience in Oracle)

- Experience in PL/SQL

- Minimum 5 years experience in HR Modules (HRMS, i-Recruitment, SSHR)

- Experience in Accounting Modules is desirable

- R12 experience desirable
