VB .NET Developer - Luxembourg - 12 months
eSynergy Solutions is looking for a VB.NET developer to join a banking institution in Luxembourg.
Your key accountabilities:
*Develop and maintain applications in accordance with the department policy
*Develop and maintain other applications used within the Fund Accounting area
*Discuss & agree with business users to define and develop their requirements
*Provide technical support and develop technical solutions based on users specifications/requirements
*Provide operational support for the on-going applications
*Reengineer databases and applications when it is required
*Involvement in the overall cycle of the databases development (Users specifications, UAT support and implementation roll-out)
Your skills and experience:
*SQL Microsoft server
*VB. Net
*MS Office VBA
*Strong knowledge in RDBMS
*Strong Analysis skills & strong ability to interpret documents/specifications
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong team spirit
*Ability to work under pressure and provide fast solutions
*Fluent In English (written & spoken)
*Fluency in French is a strong asset but not a necessity
Desirable skills:
*Basic experience within a Fund Administration area is an advantage
*XML Knowledge
