My client, a Telecommunications company is looking for a Management Accountant to oversee, facilitate and review the timely, accurate and complete delivery of commission payment runs and cash flow reporting through effective management of our offshore partner and stakeholder management.
The Management Accountant will manage the client's outsource indirect commissions consultant, ensuring the operation of their commission payment runs, completion times, accuracy and quality levels are to the KPI standards. Review and present the bi-monthly sign-off to Commissions Manager and Head of department.
As the Management Accountant you will drive continual improvements to stakeholder relationships through the sharing of information around payment runs and engagement of stakeholders on all key forums and issue resolution processes. Work closer with the wider client's business, providing value add through the dissemination and understanding of accurate and integral data around commission payments.
The Management Accountant will have obtained a fully qualified accounting accreditation (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). A Relevant degree (Business/Finance/Technology) and/or appropriate work experience within telecoms sector, or highly transferable alternative sector. As the Management Accountant you will have strong reporting and analytical skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will also have an understanding of the operational & commercial dynamics of the Telco industry along with experience of Business Partnering, experience of change management and experience of high transactional environment
