Electrical Design Engineer - (SCADA) - North West- Contract

My client is seeking an electrical design engineer with SCADA and PLC experience to join its team in Cumbria.

Experience:
  • Qualified at Degree Level in Electrical Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience of electrical design
  • Knowledge of SCADA Systems
  • Knowledge/experience of Design Assurance and Verification and Validation Processes


Role
  • Design and specification of low V), medium (11kV- 33kV) and high (>66kV) voltage electrical systems.
  • Design and specification of electrical equipment including, transformers, switchgear, capacitors
  • Design interface with SCADA and PLC control systems
  • Preparation of calculations, technical reports, specifications, schedules and operating procedures
