Candidates applying MUST have the following experience:
Previous experience of coordinating and documenting processes and policies ITIL experience is a MUST for this role
Disaster Recovery technical recovery plans and procedures experience
Operational handbooks and procedures
Capacity Management policies and procedures
Change policies and procedures
Financial Services experience.
