Description
The Market Data Analyst will analyse costs and spend ensuring that agreed budget is reflected as well as active vendor management and contract negotiation ensuring that this Tier 1 Bank obtains the most cost effective market data services to meet business requirements in UK.You will also ensure the database is updated in time to record any changes including cancellations, additional costs, new contracts/renewal costs and you will manage monthly reports to enable cost centre managers to review current expenditure. Help maintain and control the integrity of MDS inventory in conjunction with the Market Data Processing Team.
Knowledge and experience
- Srong market data analysis experience and knowledge of wide range of market data vendors and services
- Broad knowledge and experience of Market data tools such as MDM, RPM andCrystalreporting
- Confidence in vendor management and knowledge of market data purchasing, contract admin process
- Excel proficient.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
