VB Software Engineer required for 6 month fixed term contract in Galway
VB/Visual Basic 2010/Software/Electronics/Embedded C/Standard interfaces
Essential:
- Software/Electronic Engineering Degree (Honours)
- 3-5 years' work experience
- Experience in the design and development of software under Visual Basic 2010 or higher
- Can come up with innovative solutions to problems and contributes ideas for product/process improvements or new products
An Advantage:
- Experience in C/C++ programming for Embedded systems is an advantage
- Expertise in use of standard interfaces such as I2C and USB is an advantage
- Expertise in use of Visual Basic 2010 would be a distinct advantage
The role:
To specify, develop and deliver software in accordance with project requirements. To be a resource for executing validation protocols when required. This is a 6 months fixed term contract with a pro rata annual salary.
