Security and Compliance Business Analyst

You will be responsible for
- Working with our business clients to understand and document business requirements AND ensuring these are communicated to the solution delivery teams clearly and accounted for in solutions as delivered
- Planning, coordinating and executing user acceptance testing
- Participating in solution alternatives analyses including developing cost and level of effort estimates for proposed solutions
- Understanding IAM business operations processes, the current systems that support them and their functional capabilities.
- Planning and execution of highly visible projects on time and on budget related to IAM products and services.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
5+ years of senior business/systems analyst experience and skills; preferably in large, multi-streamed, complex geographically disparate projects.
Proven skills/discipline in business modelling documentation, including creation of use cases, sequence diagrams, user acceptance test plans, and stakeholder analysis.
Proven skills/discipline in work planning, estimating, resource planning, risk assessment, scope and issue management with complex infrastructure projects.
Successful experience working in a matrixed team environment to deliver solutions without directly owning' all the staff or solution delivery functions
Expert level understanding and use of system development life cycle methodologies, such as Agile
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong collaboration, documentation and presentation skills.
Excellent customer relationship management and customer service skills.
Demonstrated customer focus, integrity and relationship building skills, consensus building skills, success in influencing
Demonstrated superior verbal, written, and presentation skills with all levels of staff and leadership
Skill in Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint)

Preferred Qualifications:
Acquired and demonstrated knowledge of best practices and general solutions in Identity and Access Management including (not all required, just provided as examples) authentication, single sign on, strong authentication, authorization (including fine-grained' authorization), RBAC/ABAC, federation, access governance/review, access provisioning and deprovisioning, identity data management, elevated privilege management, and OS and network access control solutions.

2. Creation of business modelling documentation deliverables, use cases, sequence diagrams in preparation of formal requirements. Work sample should be provided.
3. Experience as an analyst with significant technical project deployments, preferably infrastructure projects. Well versed in standard deployment methodologies, processes, and deliverables.
4. Experience performing stakeholder analysis. Formal documented deliverable created.
5. Experience planning and coordination of User Acceptance testing.
6. Demonstrated experience developing solution alternatives. Demonstrated ability to analyze and use creativity to come up with solution alternatives.
7. Experience creating client and sponsor communications, formal presentations and verbal.
8. Experience as a contractor/consultant.
