Chief Technology Officer, Digital, Enterprise

Chief Technology Officer required. The CTO must a minimum of 3 years experience  and Digital experience of transforming Monolithic Architectures to federated Object Orientated Technologies. The Chief Technology Officer must have major Technology Transformation Experience coupled with,Digital Platform Experience and ability to run large Technology Teams of 50 plus.

Essential Skills.

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Chief Technology Officer or Technology Officer.
  • Digital experience of transforming Monolithic Architectures to federated Object Orientated Technologies.
  • Must have major Technology Transformation Experience
  • Digital Platform Experience
  • Must have run large Technology Teams of 50 plus.
  • Demonstrable of Technology delivery via Agile techniques including SCRUM
  • Experience of Technology Strategic planning to drive Digitalisation of Enterprises to the value of £20m plus
  • Experience of restructuring to create Teams of high calibre.
  • In addition to technical skills, the candidate must have excellent consultancy skills, and be used to clearly articulating requirements

  • To build Technology, digital and Architectural capability across the Enterprise Authority
  • Creation and management of Design
