Operations Manager- Czech Republic
Operations Manager is needed for a contract and potentially permanent roles in the Czech Republic, for a major international telecommunication company.
General Responsibilities:
• To plan and establish the network operations department to meet the required contractual terms and conditions
• Establish operating methodology, process and procedures to achieve the quality and performance as per the SLA.
• Manage operating staff. All Key operational tasks and the change management process

Responsibility Details:
• Develop good working relationships both within the customer’s organization and internally with all project sections.
• Manage/liaise closely with project staff, subcontracts and or other outsourcing organizations to ensure that all service KPIs achieved.
• Responsible for daily operations and maintenance activities of the network operations. This includes all in-service nodes as defined in the contract.
• Introduce measures and controls to minimize service disruptions and to deliver an ongoing good service quality.
• Introduce and manage the “Change Management Process” in order to minimize unplanned disturbance to the network and negative service impact to its customers.
• Responsible for Fault management and vendor escalations.
• Responsible for organizing staff training to ensure a good level of knowledge and competence exists.
• Prepare and present information on an “as required basis” at Project meetings and or to the senior customer staff or committees.
• Provide “ad-hoc” service disruption investigations and reports.

Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in telecommunications engineering/electronic engineering/computer science or equivalent experience in a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years experience in cellular telecommunication, especially within Network Operations, project management
• Good knowledge of the wireless turnkey network, Service delivery, Operations;
• Good knowledge and relevant experience in Network Operations. Good understanding of the Front and Back Office methodology and the escalation and support organizations.
• Ability to manage a department. Good English (Oral & written)
• Proactive, Independent, Self-motivated, and well organized with analytical mind
• Co-operative, Flexible/Adaptable to continuous change and varying degrees of responsibility
