Manager of Statistical Programming needed in NC![SAS, CDISC, SDTM, ADaM, Manager of Statistical Programmer, Statistical Programmer, North Carolina, Manager, Statistics]
This large CRO seeks a Manager of Statistical Programming to join their growing team for their location in North Carolina. This individual will be responsible for managing around 10 direct reports, and will be periodically hands on as well.
Other opportunities this individual will be exposed to include, but are not limited to:
- Involved in the stategic operations
- Supervise and manage the staff
- Ensure the staff is adequately trained, mentored, and developed
- Actively involved in the interview process
- Report into the director of programming
All potential candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- 8 + years clinical sas programming/managerial experience
- Previous project management or line management experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree
- Experience managing and mentoring a group of programmers
- Excellent communication skills
