Electronics Engineer, North East, 6 Months, £32-35ph(Electronics, Analogue, Digital, Instrumentation, Microcontroller, Microprocessor, PIC)
An Electronics Engineer is required for a 6 month initial contract to work on several large projects for a world leading technology company based in the North East.
You will be joining a small and versatile engineering team focused on the design of measurement devices for use in hazardous environments, primarily Oil & Gas. There are several key projects which are due to begin over the coming months, and you would be responsible for the electronic design within each of the projects, with view that this contract may be extended for the right engineer past the initial 6 months.
The successful candidate will have experience working with:
-Analogue & digital electronic design (primarily digital focused)
-Microcontroller / microprocessor system design
-Experience of full product lifecycle design
-Experience with PICMicro & ATMega is advantageous
-Embedded C experience is desirable
This role offers a variety of development projects, giving you the chance to work on a range of different applications within electronic instrumentation.
