Responsibilities
  • Perform data extractions from Infor EAM to Oracle DMP format for site divestiture activities.
  • Assist with carrying out data updates as needed (PL/SQL Scripting).
  • Provide necessary training on Infor EAM table relationships.
  • Provide application support for Infor EAM.
  • Create and track change controls for all activities in quality and production environments.
  • Carry out any testing required.
  • Provide weekly status updates for to Team Lead.
  • Adhere to the GRC (GMP Regulatory Compliance) Guidelines for all software and tools developed as applicable.
  • Develop necessary documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, Design Documents, RSV (Requirements Specification Verification), etc.
  • Develop and test all new developed scripts.
SKILLS

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or relevant experience; 5+ years experience in Information Technology required. 5+ years of Pharmaceutical industry experience recommended. 3+ years experience with Infor EAM ASE v8.x - v10.x; 3+ years experience with Datastream/Infor EAM Data model needed; Strong knowledge of SDLC (software development life cycle) needed. Must have 3+ year(s) working in a GMP validated software environment; 3+ years experience with relational databases; 3+ years experience with Oracle databases and good PL/SQL query writing; 3+ years experience with Toad for Oracle.
Must be familiar with change management procedures for promotion of changes from Development to Production; Experience in managing IT support queues; Solid knowledge of MS Office Products (ie MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills; Superior communications skills, both verbal and written; Strong attention to detail with good organization skills; Capacity to work with direction but limited direct supervision and operate in an fast-paced environment; Good follow-up skills (able to follow up with project partners to ensure accurate and timely completion of deliverables); Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
