RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for change management activities associated with implementing new processes and technology.
  • Conduct robust stakeholder mapping to design and ultimately establish a cross-functional Implementation Change Network.
  • Work with constituent subteam leads to develop appropriate communication materials specific to individual project components and deliverables.
  • Work to ensure the ultimate success of the overall initiative.
  • Develops constructive collaborations across the organization and leads operational teams to foster a positive team environment.
  • Works independently on most assignments and self-initiates assignments.
  • Pursues courses of action to obtain desired results and leverages guidance from others to support the organizations success.
  • Develop a high-level milestone plan using goals and objectives of the program, applicable historical information, and other available resources.
  • Capture program status and data in order to maintain accurate and current program information for the use of stakeholders.
  • Provides information to others both internal and external to the organization.
  • Leads development of communication materials and pathways to enable change.

SKILLS

  • 7+ years Analytical Skills required.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Advanced knowledge of principles, concepts and theories in change management and communications;
  • Experience developing and successfully utilizing a change network;
  • Able to translate complex ideas into visual media (ex: PowerPoint slides) and other marketing materials for the project.
  • Capable of making complex decisions, identifying new solutions and recommending courses of action to senior staff;
  • Capable of working cross-department;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and managerial skills are essential;
  • Proven ability to work independently, under time-constraint pressures, and simultaneously on multiple projects;

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 8-10 years in Change Management and Communications;
  • Broad knowledge of Pharmaceutical Research and Development business procedures and terminology;
  • Understanding of clinical trial execution;
  • Understanding of elements of personalized medicine, biobanking and/or biomarker research.
  • 7+ years Pharmaceutical experience desired.
