Description

This role will mainly be based in Mons in Belgium, (1 hour from Brussels) with occasional travel to their site in Filton, Bristol. Expenses for each day spent in Mons will be covered up to £150 per day in addition to the day rate. Candidates must hold SC.

The position is very urgent and the client is ideally looking for someone who is available to telephone interview on week commencing 29th July and to start on 5th/12th August.

This role is to work closely with the end client, NATO on the NCIRC programme (National Computer Incident Response Capability). Due to the nature of the role, candidates must hold a valid SC Clearance.
OVA (Online Vulnerability Analysis) is a sub system within the overall deployment and is based upon Tenable Nessus virtual appliances.

The resource we are looking for is required to have a good working knowledge of vulnerability scanners and deploying them. The appliances are based on a Linux virtual appliance set up in the ESXi and VCentre set up. The system is heavily locked down and a good port, protocol and service understanding will be required to allow fault finding and subsequently requesting Firewall and routing changes.

This requirement is for someone who can build, deploy and configure Tenable - not just a user.

To apply for this position, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
