Description

We are a small web design and development firm specializing in building quality WordPress websites.

WHO WE ARE SEEKING
We are looking for a highly skilled WordPress Developer who is proficient in developing custom WordPress plugins and themes. This is not a designer position. We are looking for a web developer who can write code.

You are free to utilize existing plugins and other tools to meet the requirements, but you must also be competent in building the functionality from scratch if need be. In addition to complete builds, you should also be willing to handle smaller, maintenance type projects and updates to existing sites.

This is a freelance position paid hourly with ongoing work between 15 and 30 hours per week. You can work remotely, but should be located in the USA. If you're in Southern California, that's a bonus.

Our ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and passionate about the work you do, and we expect you to take pride in your work. You should be very well organized, responsive, reliable and willing to offer suggestions on strategies to achieve our goals for a project. You should be a team player and love what you do.

If you require a lot of direction and supervision, this isn’t for you.

Bottom line: We’re looking for a racehorse, not a mule.
