Voice Engineer:
We are actively searching for an individual to work in Network & Voice team.
The candidate will be responsible to install, manage & support Voice Infrastructure.
You will be part of a dynamic team who is working on several projects.
You will be responsible for the management & the deployment of:
- A Lync infrastructure.
- A call centre (CIC from Interactive Intelligent) infrastructure.
You will be responsible for the layer 3 support of the Voice infrastructure (Lync and CIC).

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months (Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)

Level of education required:
Civil/industrial engineer or University Master or equivalent experience
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Personal Skills
Mandatory
- Normal social skills, able to work in a team of professionals under pressure, good communication skills, technical writing skills
- Autonomous
- Able to interact with business users, proven track - record of meeting deadlines, planning and organisation skills
- Documentation of projects and solutions.
Business experience required Years
Mandatory
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Expertise in Voice system environment.
Technical experience:
Mandatory
- Good knowledge in Lync 2010 from Microsoft. and Knowledge in Voice Over IP technology
Preferable:
- Knowledge of CIC from Interactive Intelligence
- Knowledge of Windows. (MS Office Tools, Active Directory)
Functional experience required
Mandatory:
- Analytical mindset for voice solution analysis.
Preferable:
- Awareness of ITIL concepts.
7. Objective of the job
1. Manage voice Infrastructure
- Determine the Voice infrastructure requirements to deliver the voice solution based on user and system requirements; provide a planning for infrastructure readiness.
- Writing and process the RFP.
2. Support of Voice Infrastructure
- Provide support for technical issues with the software/hardware.
- Initiate corrective actions; help with the administration of the Voice infrastructure, Third line support
3. Project follow-up.
- Documentation, preparation and deployment of solutions and projects with clear commitments with colleagues and team manager.
