Description
My client based in Loughborough is currently recruiting for a Controls System Engineer for an initial 6 month contract.
This is a live and immediate vacancy, with interviews available next week.
Hourly rate, paid weekly.
Skills/Experiences Required
* Have a good knowledge and understanding of PLC software for plant control and experience of producing software for Schneider (Modicon) and/or Siemens S7 PLCs.
* Have a good knowledge and understanding of electrical engineering for medium and low voltage power distribution, instrumentation and related cabling, panel design for motor starters and PLC systems etc
Additional Skills
* Other brands of PLC including Rockwell (Allen-Bradley)
* FactoryLink and InTouch SCADA packages
* A working knowledge of AutoCad.
