Description
The business analyst will work across business, operations, and technology partners to gather requirements and provide detailed project plans. Responsibilities include gathering, defining, and developing of the business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans supporting the end to end delivery to equity trading desks.All aspects of business analysis, including gap analysis, end-state design, requirements gathering, scope management, testing and deployment support
Project Management for assigned program of work, including status reporting, prioritization, and issue tracking and resolution.
Ensuring solutions that are designed align with the strategic direction of the group, making use of current components
Creation of quality functional specifications and working with the developers in the creation of technical specs
This is a permanent position based in New York City and will pay competitive base salary and bonus.
All applicants must have 5 + years of experience working at a leading financial institution with a deep understanding of front office business focusing on the equity and options trading area.
