Web Developer wanted as CTO/Partner

I'm launching an e-commerce start-up in Dubai, UAE; one of the fastest growing dotcom markets in the world. I'm looking to hire a CTO / Web Developer as a Partner (salary + equity) to handle all tech. aspects of an online marketplace for crowd-sourcing. My initial round of funding has already been completed with USD 1.2 million raised in capital.

The job will most likely be given for a candidate willing to relocate, however, working remotely on full-time basis during the first few months prior to launch is an option if your credentials are excellent and if commitment will not be compromised. Moving to Dubai eventually is a must.

As a potential tech. partner, you will be part of an energetic team of young enterpreneurs, you will be given an attractive salary / equity and you will be part of what promises to be Dubai's next big success story. In addition, you will get to enjoy Dubai - one of the most vibrant cities in the world, which has many things to offer for all types of tastes.

The right candidate should have:

At least 5-6 years of web development experience (PHP and other scripts)

Previously worked in successful e-commerce start-ups and/or other relevant dotcoms

Successfuly managed junior developers and web designers

Can overlook and handle ALL tech. aspects end-to-end of a dotcom start-up

Willing to relocate to Dubai on full-time basis (preferably with a previous team of colleagues - developers, designers, etc...)

Fully dedicated and motivated to own and grow this start-up

Salary would range between USD 5k - USD 8k per month, depending on equity options (to be discussed and agreed).
