Description
Operational Excellence Analyst required for a contract role with our Financial Services Client based in Edinburgh. The contract will run for an initial 6 months.
The selected candidates will be required to coach Service Excellence capability, putting the customer at the heart of operational processes, through deployment of Lean Sigma & System Thinking Methodologies.
To be considered for this role applicants should have demonstrable experience of the following:
- Lean/Operational Excellence practitioner
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent presentation (verbal and paper) skills
- Significant experience of coaching/mentoring team members in the use of new operational processes
Please note although this role will be based in Edinburgh, significant travel may be required.
