Role Profile:

The Resourcing Consultant (Graduates) is responsible for the operational delivery of on-time and on-budget recruitment for the Graduate and Undergraduate Campaigns by the delivery of signature candidate experience that involves candidate attraction, selection, talent pooling and pipeline management. Operating in an effective and efficient manner, coordinating and overseeing all operational activity and contributing to continuous improvement within their defined area

Role Responsibilities:

* Work in partnership with Scheme Leads, Job Family Talent Leads and Business Managers to enable them to meet their strategic long term resourcing needs through delivery of the attraction and selection strategy
* Delivery of and accountability for graduate and undergraduate specialist recruitment campaigns, in close liaison with scheme leads, suppliers and HRSS
* Review recruitment practice, recommend and implement continuous improvements, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to create a cost effective and time-efficient model
* Build effective partnerships with third-party suppliers
* Gather research, market information and competitor information to help support the operational campaign planning
* Ensure invoices and requisitions are processed appropriately and cost per hire monitored

Key Skills & Experiences:

* End to end full life cycle recruitment experience gained in an in-house role
* Previous operational Graduate recruitment campaign management experience expected to have been gained over at least three cycles
* Driven by tight deadlines and ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business (including travel)
* Ability to build close working relationships with team colleagues and internal/external stakeholders and promote a team environment
* KPI-driven with a solid understanding of industry norms and best practice
* Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to take a confident and diplomatic approach with colleagues at all levels
* Up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment legislation
* Experience of managing on-campus marketing campaigns targeted at students
* Previous knowledge and practical experience of using online content management systems
* Experience in managing external suppliers, including monitoring SLA compliance
* Understanding of Project Management skills and able to apply some basic principles (planning, risk assessments, stakeholder engagement etc)
