Description
The contract is with a major consultancy firm requiring an experienced consultant for a 6 month (+) assignment at a major client in Stockholm as follows:-
Function description:
Conduct leadership alignment analysis
Assess training/coaching targets
Train approximately 20 managers, mostly IT and business senior profiles (Director, Heads of Units, Deputies of Heads of Units, directorate advisors, Head of Sections, ), to COBIT and/or VAL-IT principals.
Train approximately 30 staff of rather IT profiles (Head of Sections, Group leaders, project managers ), to CMMI principals.
Profile description:
- Hands on experience in IT Governance models and implementations.
- Experience and knowledge to conduct leadership alignment analysis.
- Ability to assess training/coaching targets for COBIT and VAL-IT Principles.
- Experience in training COBIT and/or VAL-IT principals to high level managers and experts.
- Experience with CMMI assessment and implementation.
- Experience in training CMMI principals to high level managers and experts.
- Experience in Support/coach the participants of governance bodies in their respective tasks.
- Experience in process definition and implementation related tasks related to organization change (eg: Organization of the testing,...).
Competences and skills:
- COBIT, VAL-IT and CMMI expert with 10 year experience, ideally certified.
- University degree.
- Training and coaching competencies and skills.
- Excellent oral and written skills in English, preferably knowledge of Swedish.
- Charismatic communicator.
