Configuration Analyst/Incident & Problem Analyst. Credit Cards. Cardiff. 6 months initial contract. £250 - £280 per day.
Our prestigious and industry leading client have a requirement for an experienced Configuration Analyst/Incident & Problem Analyst to join their business on an initial 6 month contract.
The purpose of the role will be to work within the Credit Card migration project and to assist with the management of major incidents and problems.
Therefore the successful candidate will need:
- Credit card experience
- migration experience
- knowledge of/experience of incident and problem management
