Description
Our client is a an automotive diagnostic specialist based near Ilford so would suit a candidate with an automotive background or with a keen interest in automotive industry.
This role requires a driven and proactive approach. The Sales support assistant will be responsible for driving new business through the telephone. They will also be responsible for finding decision makers for companies within target markets and help increase the awareness of the company within new identified companies.
You will take inbound calls from a broad diversity of customers, from new customers and customers transferring from companies, who are inquiring about our products and services.
You'll be performing to set sales targets ensuring service levels and customer satisfaction remain paramount, but you will be working to this whilst using a consultative sales approach.
Making return calls to people who have left messages with general enquiries. Taking inbound calls from applicants and clients.
To report back any complaints or recommendations to your line manager or director.
To be available for any technical training offered by the company as and when necessary.
To work safe and observe health and safety standards as required by the company and to avoid any hazards and obstructions.
To carry out all tasks to its optimum and keeping good rapport and offering high level of customer care.
To promote company brand in professional manner.
