Description
A Global Biotech organisation currently requires an experienced Clean Utilities Engineer, to work at their facility in Ireland.The successful candidate will be working on a new exciting ?200 million project, which primarily is for a new syringe filling line/packaging building (3 storey building) and required alterations to existing buildings to support this.
Role
-Provide clean system engineering expertise as an active member of team.
-Ensure clean system unit operations and equipment is maintained in a qualified and reliable state.
-Lead Troubleshooting efforts to resolve difficult unit operations, equipment and operational issues.
-Evaluate all activities for impact on qualified state of equipment and utilize appropriate tools as necessary.
-Support and participate in commissioning and start-up activities of the clean utilities for the new biotech facility as required.
-Initiate facility and equipment upgrades to improve plant productivity and throughput.
-Generate reports to document the on-going qualified state of the unit operations
Requirements
-Looking for candidates with experience of Clean Steam, process air, chemical distribution, WFI
-5 years` experience upwards.
