Role: Interim HR Consultant
Location: London

Rate: Negotiable
My Client, an NHS Trust based in London, is currently looking for an experienced Interim HR Consultant to join the HR team for an initial period of 6 months.
The successful candidate will support resourcing, organisational change, and employee relations case work, whilst providing advice to managers.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience working with the Business Partner model
- Chartered member of CIPD
- Experience of handling Employee Relations casework, and supporting/advising managers
- Experience of organisational change casework, including TUPE
- Strong analytical skills
- NHS background - desirable, not essential
- Available IMMEDIATELY, or within 1 week
