CONTRACT VEEVA/SALESFORCE.COM DEVELOPER - BELGIUM
Job Type: Contract - 6 months initially (likely to extend)
Salary: €65 - €70 per hour
Start: Immediately
Location: Belgium (Beerse near Antwerp)
The Role
Our client is a multinational, Fortune 500 company and is looking for an experienced Veeva/Salesforce.com developer with a passion for technology to join their Belgium office (Beerse, near Antwerp).
Accountabilities:
*Work closely with the key users and process owners to design and develop all requirements
*Understand business requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements
*Configure Veeva/Service Cloud
*Validate the solution by designing the appropriate test scripts, organize and support key users in the testing of the application
* Prototype and demonstrate our solutions for the business
Qualifications:
* Salesforce certified developer
* Veeva certified administrator
* Collaboration and teaming skills including well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of people across multiple cultures and functional areas
* Ability and willingness to work effectively under pressure and to complete the tasks required in a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy
* Capable to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, varying in size, value and complexity
* Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction
* Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Commercial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent through experience
Non Technical Requirements:
*Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction
*Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
*Establishes and manages engagement objectives, expectations and quality plan
*Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision

*Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
*Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
*Methodology/Certification requirements
*Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry or Bioinformatics OR equivalent through experience
*Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
*Additional certification is a plus
*Language proficiencies: - English spoken and written; Dutch is a plus
