A leading IT Services organisation are looking for an ITSM Solutions/Pre-sales Lead to join their team on an initial 12 month contract based in Saudi Arabia.
You should come from a very strong ITSM solution background with solid leadership expertise.
You will be responsible for translating customer requirements in to technical designs that meet both customer and business objectives. You will be expected to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to drive solution development at different pre/post stages of the sales process and to ensure delivery of creative, high quality solutions to a variety of customers.
