Position Type: 12M+/Long-Term Contract
Hourly/Salary: BOE!
Educational Requirements: MUST possess a Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College, to be considered.
W2/1099/C2C Requirements: MUST be able to bill on a W2 basis. NO 1099 or C2C options are available at this time.
ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is currently seeking a C#/ASP.NET/IIS Developer for a Long-Term Consulting engagement in Downtown Dallas, TX. The .NET Developer will assist in end-to-end enterprise web application architecture and development. The .NET Developer will help complete web software development life cycle, including creating accurate technical design documents using MS Visio and development C#/ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, HTML and IIS on a Windows platforms and perform Unit Testing. The .NET Developer will compile and format data for reports and applications using various software applications. Additionally, the .NET Developer will schedule updates to existing processes and applications utilizing various types of data sources. The .NET Developer will update and maintain existing Access and Visual Basic applications and run scheduled and ad-hoc reports as requested.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience in the following skill sets
- C#/ASP.NET 3.5/4.0 Web Development
- SQL Server - T-SQL/Stored Procedures/Joins/Triggers/Functions, etc.
- HTML/DHTML/CSS/JavaScript
- IIS 6/7 - Internet Information Services
- Unit Testing/Quality Assurance Testing
- MS Office Suite - Excel/Access/Outlook/Visual Basic, etc
