Description
Senior Project Planner required for Global Biopharmaceutical company located in Ireland.As Senior Project Planner you will be required to be the owner of the overall project schedule currently at construction phase.
Major Job Responsibilities / Key Attributes
* Minimum 10 years experience on planning with at least 5 years in lead /senior role in pharmaceutical/clean room facilities.
* Detailed understanding and experience with project management processes.
* Understand and liaise between project engineering, project procurement, CMT. C&Q, ATM and site Operations functions.
* Responsible for the ongoing monitoring of Scheduling and Project progress reporting control processes used in construction projects: e.g. :
a.Interface Milestone between contractors and other disciplines to monitor handover status
b.Man-hour weighting of project progress reporting.
c.Actual vs. Forecast management reporting and schedule variance analysis
d.Maintenance of General Documentation
Overall basic understanding and experience with construction project management processes - i.e. :
1.Contracts and contracting
2.General procurement
3.Automation
4.C&Q / PQ.
5.Cost Control
6.Change order interpretation, etc.
-Corporate / Project Management Reporting
1. Assist in the preparation of project reports as needed for project manager and site general operations management
Maintain Adherence to Good Internal Controls and Company policy
1.Monitor Progress reporting and project schedule for compliance with corporate SOP and Project specific procedures

* Leadership and influence project lead team members to ensure planning and scheduling processes are in place and followed.
* Maturity and confidence to know when to elevate issues that cannot be resolved within the team.
* Detail oriented, while understanding how the details roll-up into the big picture:
* High degree of flexibility, understanding of Internal control systems/ audit requirements
* Experience with P6,
* Experience with WEB based scheduling platform.
