Our Client a big player in the Media Industry in London, URGENTLY requires a Project Co-ordinator on a long term contract basis.Person Requirements
- Previous experience of working in a Project Office
- Experience in minute taking
- Knowledge of programme/project lifecycle
- Strong skills in Outlook, MS Project, Excel, SharePoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised approach and ability to work under pressure
Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate project meetings, this includes, all booking, invites, agenda compilation, minute taking and distribution, and action follow up.
- Supporting Programme managers, including diary management.
- Organise travel arrangements for project via internal travel company.
- Document management including SharePoint design & maintenance.
- Preparing weekly dashboards/team updates and ensuring they are distributed to stakeholders.
- Updating weekly progress trackers on big screen.
- Timesheet cost reports.
- Project status reporting to support both internal and external reporting.
- Risk and issue management.
- Maintaining change register. Keeping track of the status of change requests, ensure they are progressed and signed off by the relevant individuals.
- Continuous improvement of processes and procedures working closely with the programme management team and project teams.
- Facilitating project and team retrospectives.
