Our Client a big player in the Media Industry in London, URGENTLY requires a Project Co-ordinator on a long term contract basis.

Person Requirements
  • Previous experience of working in a Project Office
  • Experience in minute taking
  • Knowledge of programme/project lifecycle
  • Strong skills in Outlook, MS Project, Excel, SharePoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised approach and ability to work under pressure


Duties & Responsibilities
  • Facilitate project meetings, this includes, all booking, invites, agenda compilation, minute taking and distribution, and action follow up.
  • Supporting Programme managers, including diary management.
  • Organise travel arrangements for project via internal travel company.
  • Document management including SharePoint design & maintenance.
  • Preparing weekly dashboards/team updates and ensuring they are distributed to stakeholders.
  • Updating weekly progress trackers on big screen.
  • Timesheet cost reports.
  • Project status reporting to support both internal and external reporting.
  • Risk and issue management.
  • Maintaining change register. Keeping track of the status of change requests, ensure they are progressed and signed off by the relevant individuals.
  • Continuous improvement of processes and procedures working closely with the programme management team and project teams.
  • Facilitating project and team retrospectives.
